Chief People Officer

Suzy is the Chief People Officer at Wingers and has been part of the team for 30 years — long enough to have seen just about everything. She focuses on coaching and supporting managers and team members, always looking for ways to make their jobs easier. In an industry where timing is everything, she’s known for responding quickly and jumping in when someone needs support.

Her goal is simple: no matter how long someone works at Wingers, they leave thinking, “That was a great place to work. I grew there and learned something valuable.”

Fun fact: Her go-to Wingers order is the Sticky Finger Salad with grilled chicken and Creamy Amazing, and she firmly believes most problems can be improved with a spontaneous 30-second dance party!
