Shar is the Talent Development Director at Wingers and has been part of the team for 9 years — long enough that it’s officially part of her personality! She designs engaging training that NEVER feels like busywork and spends her days knee-deep in data, all while making sure new company initiatives don’t just launch — they actually stick.

What she loves most is watching managers grow into confident leaders. That moment when someone shifts from "I just can't do this" to “Alright, I’ve got this,” never gets old.

Fun fact: Her go-to Wingers order is the Korean Q Rice Bowl, and she strategically keeps candy at her desk. People may come for the sweets, but they stay for the conversation (which is exactly the point).
