Rich is the Franchise Operations Director and the Director of Brand Beverage, and he has been with Wingers for 5½ years. He loves getting to know people and believes everyone has a great story — if you’re willing to listen. Whether he’s supporting franchise partners or building out beverage programs, he brings curiosity, experience, and a simple philosophy: he knows stuff — and if he doesn’t, he’ll find out.

Fun fact: His current go-to Wingers order is the 989 Cheesy Finger Tacos, and he has a habit of turning casual hobbies into full-scale commitments (yeah, it's a problem...)
