Eric is the CEO & Founder and has been the driving force behind Wingers since before its first location opened in 1993! He thrives on building long-standing relationships and has spent decades developing strong partnerships and friendships with franchisees across the brand.

What he loves most, though, is walking into a packed, high-energy Wingers Alehouse and watching a team hit their stride during a busy dinner rush. For him, that's where the magic happens — when preparation, discipline, and teamwork come together seamlessly.

Fun fact: His go-to Wingers order is a simple “Soup & Salad” (he’ll admit it’s not flashy), and he’s quietly competitive about office ping pong — where Patrick, Steve, and Bruce are all trying to knock him off his pedestal.
