What happens when you give the people who know Wingers full reign to the menu?
You get Crew Crafted.
This limited-time Wingers menu was created a little differently. Instead of starting with dishes developed somewhere behind the scenes, we turned to our own Team Members and asked them to get creative.
They experimented. They played with flavors. They took inspiration from foods they love, ideas they had been drooling about, and combinations they simply wanted to try.
And out of those ideas came seven Crew Crafted creations, each dreamed up by one of Wingers’ own.

But, before you decide which one you're trying first, meet the people behind the food.
Ragin' Cajun Fries — Created by Daniel | Wingers Elko
Daniel has been part of our Elko Team since December 2022 and has served as Kitchen Manager since January 2023. But his love for cooking started long before Wingers. So naturally, when given the chance to create something of his own, he started doing what he loves: playing around in the kitchen.
The result? Ragin' Cajun Fries!
Cajun-inspired loaded fries with a little kick, blackened seasoning and ranch that brings it all together.
And here's the funny part: Daniel doesn't even like ranch. But something about adding that blackened seasoning? In his words, it "just hits different."
Daniel's approach to Crew Crafted is pretty simple: don't be afraid to find a new way to make the "same old" something new.
Nashville Flying Pig — Created by Chance | Wingers Meridian
Chance has been cooking for around 15 years and has spent about three of those as a Cook with our Wingers Meridian Team. Over those years, he has done plenty of experimenting in the kitchen.
Crew Crafted gave him the opportunity to turn all that experimenting into something Guests could try for themselves.
Meet the Nashville Flying Pig! A bold, flavor-packed sandwich that can be grilled or hand-breaded and is finished with Chance's favorite part: Cajun remoulade. For Chance, that sauce is the finishing touch that brings the entire sandwich together.
After 15 years of cooking, one of his creations officially has a spot on the Crew Crafted menu.
Santa Fe Burger — Created by Wyatt | Wingers Richfield
Wyatt has been part of our Richfield Team for just over two years and currently works as a Shift Lead.
His Crew Crafted idea started because he saw an opportunity: there was room for a Wingers-style burger featuring green chiles.
So he made one.
The Santa Fe Burger brings together classic Wingers burger flavors with green chiles and crunchy tortilla strips for a Southwest twist. Those tortilla strips are actually Wyatt's favorite part, adding both crunch and a pop of color.
But this burger almost didn't make it into the running. Wyatt submitted it at the last minute after some encouragement, and as someone who also plays saxophone in a band, Wyatt compares creating a dish to playing a solo: it's your own creation, but it still has to work with everything around it.
We're pretty glad he decided to take the solo.
Smash Burger Tacos — Created by Christine | Wingers West Valley
After seven years with Wingers, West Valley Assistant General Manager Christine knows a thing or two about Wingers food.
Her Crew Crafted creation started with two foods almost everyone knows and loves: Burgers and Tacos.
Why choose?
Christine's Smash Burger Tacos combine the two into one handheld creation, with the burger cooking directly with the tortilla to help give it a crispy texture before the toppings bring everything together.
Her goal was to create something that felt familiar enough that almost anyone would want to give it a try, but different enough to make you think, "I've never had a burger like this before."
After seven years with Wingers, Christine gets to see something she created land on Guests' tables.
Aloha Rice Bowl — Created by Kinzie | Wingers Ontario
Kinzie has been part of our Ontario Team since July 2019 and currently works as a Bartender/HIC.
When Crew Crafted came around, she wanted to create something Wingers hadn't really offered before, but she didn't need to look far for the flavors. Instead, she took familiar Wingers flavors and found an entirely new way to bring them together.
The result is the Aloha Rice Bowl, a sweet, savory and crunchy combination that Kinzie describes in probably the best way possible:
"You know that little dance you do when you take a bite of something that REALLY hits the spot? The head nod when all the flavors are doing exactly what they're supposed to do?"
That's the Aloha Rice Bowl. Kinzie calls it one well-rounded dish. We call it happy-dance worthy.
Southwest Chicken Pasta — Created by Nate | Wingers Ontario
Nate has been part of our Ontario Team for four and a half years, working as a Line Cook, Prep Cook and Shift Lead. He loves cooking, trying new things and seeing what happens when unexpected ingredients come together.
So his approach to Crew Crafted was appropriately outside the box.
He asked himself: "What's something that sounds a little crazy together... but could actually work?" Apparently, the answer was Cavatappi pasta and Southwest flavors.
Nate took a chance on the combination, trusted his instincts and created the Southwest Chicken Pasta.
Or, as Nate put it: "BAM!!! The Southwest Chicken Pasta was born."
Enough said.
Hot Honey Whiskey Chicken Plate — Created by Gustavo | Wingers Murray
Gustavo brings some serious experience to Crew Crafted.
He has been with our corporation for 20 years, including seven years specifically with Wingers, and currently works as a Cook at our Murray location. And creating new dishes isn't something he only does while he's at work... it's something he enjoys doing in his spare time, too.
This time, one of those creations made it onto our menu.
The Hot Honey Whiskey Chicken Plate is a sweet-meets-heat chicken plate with charred pineapple, built around Gustavo's unique combination of flavors.
For Gustavo, that's what makes the dish special: the flavors come together in a way that sets it apart.
After 20 years of cooking with us, we're especially excited to put the spotlight on something Gustavo created himself.
Seven Team Members. Seven different ideas. Seven creations that started with someone in one of our restaurants saying, "What if we tried this?"
